Job Description

Primary function is to support Quality Mazda Sales department in converting service customers to potential sales customers. Work closely with Service Advisement Team to identify potential customers for upgrade into New Mazda as well as Floor Sales and Sales Managers to provide customers with details on existing inventory. Assist service customers by offering a New Mazda as a service loaner to alleviate wait times as well as feature the new models to the customer.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet customers in waiting areas and after write up in service drive
• Assist service department in customer satisfaction tasks such as sprucing up vehicles.
• Inform customers about our upgrade program
• Offer customers the option to use a New Mazda during their wait for their vehicle’s service to be completed
• Gauge customer’s interest in trading and/or selling their vehicle
• Pass interested customer over to Floor associates to complete the upgrade process
• Assist Mazda New Sales department when staffing issues arise

This is a salaried position with bonus potential

Hours: Employee will have one day off per week and Sundays, unless schedule changes.
